Fat Burning Workout Program Day 12

Finally, day 12. What can I say? It's a tough program to follow, but if you've done it, you're seeing less fat on your body and less weight on the scale.  And you're well aware of the power of these fat burning workouts. If you're planning on doing it, prepare yourself to see a new lean and mean body at the end. So here's the last Fat X fat burning workout video. If you can complete in in 12 days, great, if not that's OK, remember this fat burning workout program can be spread out to meet your needs and capabilities. Here's the free fat burning workout video for day 12......

By the way, the burpees are optional, I left them out of the workout manual but you can include them if you feel you need extra work.

*Download the Workout Guide and Log. Remember you can make copies so that you can continue logging your progress and making sure you are burning fat effectively. Continue making progress by trying to beat your numbers the next time you do the Fat X fat burning program.

Your absolutely correct. Thank you for pointing that out. When I work on the spread sheets for download, I'll definitely correct that. Thanks.

I've been working through the first half of the workouts and i decided to make sure i had all the equipment necessary for them all and watched the rest of the videos ahead of time and noticed the bag slam part of this video and its really about the only thing i don't have access to at home, is there an alternative to this or an easy way to maybe make one?

That's a good question, I will answer it in todays Thursday Q & A.

Hey Man, Ive been eating healthy for about 6 weeks now, and Ive followed your program once, and I'm about to do it again. Thanks to you, I've lost 8 kgs! That's the most I've ever lost when trying to lose weight, and it keeps me motivated. What isn't so motivating though is that I don't really notice a difference in my body. I have seen an increase in some muscles but my body size generally hasn't decreased. And also, I'm worried about having excess skin, as I'm about 30-40 kg overweight. Thanks!

Hey Sam,
Congrats on dropping the 8 kgs! That's pretty good for the first time through the program. You should definitely continue with it. The second time around is usually better because you have numbers to shoot for and try to beat. Keep me updated and feel free to e-mail with any questions.

Ideally, in a perfect world where you have the time, you would complete the program in 12 days. It's not absolutely necessary though to get good results.

i love that you posted your info on the internet, thanks so much! i do have one question, when doin the bench jumps i dont have a bench so what can i jump over? and what can i put my feet on to do the crunches? Thanks so much!

Coach Rollie (FX) said...

If you don't have a bench you can do the same motion on the floor. On the crunches you can just keep your legs elevated. Mountain climbers can be substituted as a lower impact exercise.

Days 1,8,and 10 videos dont show up for me. Instead of streaming them, why not let us download them? Im anxious to start

Coach Rollie (FX) said...

I just checked and those videos seem to be running fine.

You're right, I had adblocker on and it saw those videos as ads.

yay! finally done. I did everything in exactly 12 days and I followed your diet at the beginning but then I started doing my own but everything turned out great. I love these exercises because I'm not a fan of exercising but these give me a lot of energy and make me WANT to work out. I'm taking a 2 day break and starting all over on Thursday. I'm going to do it two more times because I want to look good for a cruise that I'm going on in 26 days. Can't wait to see the results, I'll let you know how everything turns out!

i'm mixing cardio and mixing up workouts of your fat x project. currently i'm doing 15min bicycle, 15min treadmill, 15min elliptical exercise machine then a series of weight lifting workout + series of abdominal workouts then again 7min bicycle and 7min treadmill and a few more weight lifting and abdominals. is that okay??please need your help. i'm a girl and need to lose about 20kgs in 2 months..and what kind of light diet i can follow to adapt with my training.

Coach Rollie (FX) said...

5011, what is your philosophy behind doing all that extra cardio in that order?

More isn't always better. Better is better. I developed the FX Program over several years by subtracting inefficient workout and exercise methods and including the most effective and proven methods.

You're welcome! Stay on the path that has already been successful on you are likely to continue to succeed. It's just a matter of time before you notice fat loss in those stubborn areas.

The manual doesn't say anything about burpees on day 12. Am I supposed to do those or not?

Anonymous said...

yo my name is Jesie, how I need to get started???
I called you earlier.

Coach Rollie (FX) said...

Joe, the burpees are optional and I included them for advanced athletes. I forgot to mention that though in the post. I've made the adjustments. They are not in the manual, but feel free to write them in if you are an advanced athlete.

Jessie, the best way to get started is to download the manual, and then watch the workout video before each workout.
