Burn Fat With Active Rest


One of the reasons the Fat X fat burning exercise program works so well is because you can workout  12 days in a row without over training. The reason behind this is the concept of active rest. Active rest is a workout that burns calories while your body gets a rest from the intensity of circuit training. For day 9, active rest is just what your body needs at this point. I like hiking because it's in the outdoors and I like the view. But there are other choices also, you can go on a bike ride, light jog, swim, or even dance. The key to active rest is that it be an hour to two hours in duration.  This will keep your fat burning efforts going well.  The video is of a hiking trail in Altadena, California.
