If you've done the first four Fat X fat burning workouts and have been following the Fat X fat burning diet, congratulations! You're well on your way to losing a large amount of fat weight. In this fat burning workout you'll be doing an exercise called the box squat. It helps you practice good habits and form for regular squatting. A lot of people hurt their knees because they use bad form when squatting, and because of that squats have gotten a bad reputation. They are actually one of the best exercises you can do. dude. you're the man. i stumbled upon your workouts on myspace -- i think we'd both commented on a video or something -- and i figured i'd give them a shot. i'd already been in-tune with my diet as of recent, but i'm on day 5 of the routine, and pounds are literally disappearing. i lift weights all the time, but hadn't realized how poor my overall conditioning had become. this is kicking my ass! and every day starts w/ me checking to see what ass kicking will be administered! thanks for everything so far! can't wait to share how much weight i lose... i've presently lost 8-10lbs!!!
I am not following your diet... Since Iam a big time snacker it is really hard to keep up. I already made some changes tho. I used to get Mcdonalds every morning before school, then Jack in the box for lunch. Now I dont do that. I still eat fast food but probably twice a week. I snack on alot of fruit now, and I drink more water, and try as much as possible to eat at home. Do you think I will still be able to lose a significant amount of weight rollie? In addition to your workouts I get on the treadmill for 30minutes 4mph Max and 6%inclination.

haha yea i started these workouts but i got influenza and had to stop on day 3 so i have to start over again :(
You don't need to start over. You can just pick up where you left off.
