How To Make a Low Calorie Protein Smoothie

Here's a video on how to make a low calorie protein smoothie. It's one of my favorite recipes and best of all it can be made really fast. This is something you should definitely have in your fat burning and weight loss diet arsenal.

But i don't do the diet. I'm eating the same as ever but not as much as i uset to. And more salad...hope it works?!

Hey Coach. So I was looking into your Protein smoothie, it may be low calorie, but I wanted to inform you, crystal light contains aspartame which there are over 92 different health symptoms associated with aspartame consumption. It also causes formaldehyde in the body which is one of the many chemicals used to embalm dead bodies. Is there any other low calorie drink that we could substitute instead of crystal light?

Elle, as far as I know aspartame is still considered safe by the FDA. Until that changes I'm just going to have to pick my battles. I've smoked cigars, I drink socially, and I breath in L.A. County air. I guess I could live in a bubble but that's no fun. Bottom line for me is that I'm not gonna sweat the small stuff.

If you're seriously worried about aspartame, I would suggest just water and berries, or like I stated in the video, gatorade.
