Fat Burning, Weight Loss, Diet and Fitness Question of the Week

Every week I answer a question or questions that are sent in to me regarding fat burning, weight loss, diet, fitness and  or the Fat X program. This week's question was posted as a comment for Work Out 12

I've been working through the first half of the workouts and I decided to make sure i had all the equipment necessary for them all and watched the rest of the videos ahead of time and noticed the bag slam part of this video and its really about the only thing i don't have access to at home, is there an alternative to this or an easy way to maybe make one?

The bag/medicine ball slam is a great total body exercise. It's a fun exercise to include in any weight loss and fat burning program. You can make a slamming object by using sand and wrapping it up in trash bags. You can also use a bag of rice. Rice usually comes in thick plastic bags that work well. In any case you can secure whichever you choose with duct tape.

Before I bought an official "slam ball" I would use a homemade version made with  25 lbs of sand, wrapped up in a few trash bags and secured with duct tape. I've also tried using an old shirt over the bags and then used the duct tape. I think it works better. Good luck with completing the Fat X program and your Fat X Project.
