One of the things I rarely included in my diet was fish. I really didn't know how to cook it or prepare it so I just avoided it and used other sources for protein. After reading up on the benefits of fish oil I started to include it here and there. I started noticing that the weeks I ate more fish I looked leaner while not making any major adjustments in my diet. I started to think that there was something to this fish oil after all.
