Fat Burning, Weight Loss, Diet and Fitness Question of the Week

Every week I answer a question or questions that are sent in to me regarding fat burning, weight loss, diet, fitness and or the Fat X program.  Today's question is in regards to motivation and was e-mailed in.

I've looked over your site and I am interested in beginning the Fat X workout and diet program.  The only problem I have is that I am having trouble getting motivated to start.  I was planning on starting a week before Christmas and then I totally just blew it.  Any tips?
Thanks,
Chris

The holidays are an extremely difficult time to stay consistent.  Even for me, and I'm a professional and staying in shape is  part of marketing my business.  With that being said, I do have a few tips.  The first one is to cut back on the workout days.  I'm personally currently only working out two or three times a week.  I believe in quality over quantity.  So instead of having 4-5 crappy workouts because your rushing through them, concentrate on doing well on the 2-3 days you can work out.

The other tip is to have your plan set for when the holidays are over.  I will personally start up again on a regular training schedule on January 2nd.  I would suggest you have your diet and workout plan set up and ready to go so that you get a running start.  If you've been reading my blog you know that one of my favorite sayings is " if you fail to plan, you plan to fail".  So do what you can for now, and get ready for the New Year.  Good luck!
