Fight Ready Fat X Diet Journal Day 7

My brother, a.k.a Subject Fight Ready has finished Fat X workout 8 and is reporting a big change in his waist line. 

 He told me today that pants he wore a couple of weeks ago are really loose. Looks like this Fat X Project is well on it's way to being a success. His goal of getting down to a good fighting weight and competing in another MMA fight is in sight. Here's his photo journal for what he ate yesterday. Burn fat, burn!!

Suggestions:
I would like to see him add a protein drink with the nuts since he is doing extra MMA training at The Fight Academy in Pasadena.
