Six Pack Abs, Excuses and Motivation
Just in time for some more New Year resolution motivation, my friend Richard has sent in his before and after pictures after using the Fat X Program.
Some people get the impression that the Fat X Program is just about losing fat and getting fit, and while it is that, it's much more.
It's also about eliminating excuses and pushing yourself to get to the next level no matter what your starting point is. As you can see in the pictures, Richard already had a flat stomach. He didn't stop there though, he pushed himself to get that much sought after six pack and definitely accomplished that goal.
Congrats Richard! And thanks for sending in the pictures. It motivates me and I hope that it motivates the FX'ers out there to eliminate excuses and get to the next level.
