Any Tips To Get Over Being Intimidated By Weight Training? Q&A of The Week

Every week I answer a question or questions that are sent in to me regarding fat burning, weight loss, diet, fitness and or the Fat X program. Today's question was e-mailed in and it's in regards to being intimidated my weight training.

I've been trying to lose weight over the last few months and It's just not working.  I'm frustrated and I'm ready to try your program, but I've never done any kind of weight training before and I'm a little intimidated.  Is there any tips you can give me to get over my intimidation and get my weight loss on track?
Than you,
Ron

There's nothing wrong with feeling intimidated or apprehensive when trying something new.  The best way to deal with that is to be fully prepared.  Watch the videos and download the workout manual.  The more prepared you are, the more confident you will be.  This is something I learned in my college days when taking a speech class.  Proper preparation was beat into our brain by the professor and it worked wonders.

Now to your weight loss issue.  I would like you to read Weight Loss 101. It is important to realize it is more important to lose fat a.k.a burn fat that just over worrying about weight and numbers on a scale.  Good luck with the Fat X Program and feel free to e-mail me with any more questions.
