Mud Run Training and Prep with Coach Rollie

Last February I entered and completed the Tough Mudder.  The Tough Mudder is a 10-12 mile endurance competition in which obstacles, both mental and physical are set up in your path to the finish line.  Those obstacles include but aren’t limited to walls, muddy terrain, steep hills, rope climbs, fireman (injured person) carry,  dark muddy tunnels, ice baths, electric shock obstacles, so on and so forth.  They’re meant to test you physical fitness as well as your mental capacity to conquer uncomfortable conditions.
