Like I&amp;#39;ve stated before on Fat X 101, more isn&amp;#39;t better, better is better.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The program is set up in a proven method of the push/pull philosophy. I used to get Mcdonalds every morning before school, then Jack in the box for lunch. Now I dont do that. I still eat fast food but probably twice a week. I snack on alot of fruit now, and I drink more water, and try as much as possible to eat at home. Do you think I will still be able to lose a significant amount of weight rollie?
