I am two weeks into my new way of life and have lost 5 kilos! For (breakfast) every morning i have 2 tbs greek yoghurt mixed with some rolled oats,fresh strawberries, raspberries, 1/3 banana, and a tbs of nut and seed mix. yum! (Lunch) cajun chicken breast cut into strips and tossed through lettuce and spinach leafs with some cherrie tomatoes &amp;amp; a little balsamic! Sometimes lentils, sushi. I wanted to keep the lis...</title><content type='html'>Definitely good choices.  I wanted to keep the list short so I had to take the best of the best. I included peanut butter, but all nuts are generally a good source of healthy fats.
