I did everything in exactly 12 days and I followed your diet at the beginning but then I started doing my own but everything turned out great. I love these exercises because I&amp;#39;m not a fan of exercising but these give me a lot of energy and make me WANT to work out. I&amp;#39;m taking a 2 day break and starting all over on Thursday. I&amp;#39;m going to do it two more times because I want to look good for a cruise that I&amp;#39;m going on in 26 days. Thanks to you, I've lost 8 kgs! That's the most I've ever lost when trying to lose weight, and it keeps me motivated. What isn't so motivating though is that I don't really notice a difference in my body. I have seen an increase in some muscles but my body size generally hasn't decreased. And also, I'm worried about having excess skin, as I'm about 30-40 kg overweight.
