Still though, I managed to do the second lot of 5 sets 5 minutes faster than the first set of 5 I did :D. I actually did workout 5 ...</title><content type='html'>Fourth day went awesome. I actually did workout 5 today due to rain outside, and low ceilings inside. This workout system coupled with my new healthy diet has given me so much more energy, I feel awesome.
