Fat burning Fat X and Weight Loss Diet part 1
The Fat X program consists of two equally important parts, one is the specialized fat loss training and the other is the fat loss diet. The nice thing about the fat loss diet is that it is simple, and nothing about it is controversial or overly difficult to stick with. As a matter of fact, it’s not really a diet but more of a diet strategy.
Let’s face it, we all know what we should be eating and what we should be avoiding. Do we really need to read a 300 page book written by Dr. Whoever to tell us that?
What we all need is a practical method or strategy to eat healthy, while still enjoying our food indulgences. That’s where the Fat X diet strategy comes into play. In part two I’ll cover the specifics.
