There are a few reasons why this is the perfect diet food, at least for me. Number one, and most importantly, it tastes great. Two, just take a look at the ingredients, mostly veggies and a fat free low calorie protein source, it fits the Fat X diet guidelines perfectly without even using up your 5% splurge allowance.
