In Day 3 of your workout program you include pull ups or pulldowns. What if I can't do pull ups and I don't have access to a pull down machine?
Pull ups are one of the best exercises you can do for your body, but if you can't or don't have access to a pull down machine to get strong enough to do pull ups, here are your options:

Pull ups are one of the best exercises you can do for your body, but if you can't or don't have access to a pull down machine to get strong enough to do pull ups, here are your options:
- Do drop downs if your fitness level allows. Basically you jump up to a bar, and let yourself down slowly.
- Use one of those rubber exercise bands and loop it overhead somewhere. Do the pull up/pull down motion.
- Substitute with another pulling movement such as rows. You can turn you hands differently than in the other workout to add variety
