I had to take a few days off to move across the country. Now I'm picking up where I left off. I've already lost noticable belly fat and am noticing a difference in my arms and abs.

Day 8. Jumping jacks are hard on the knees. How about low impact alternative? What are your thoughts about breathing? This is my first 12 days OK to increase reps? Eight reps instead of five? Feeling the muscles but cheating on the sugar.

Mountain climbers are a good low impact alternative to jumping jacks. It's better to increase the weight rather than the reps for this workout.

I have just discovered your website and am aiming to begin the 12 day work out on monday however when going through the videos, all exept from number 8 appear. Please can you see if you can solve this problem? Also, please could you tall me around how much weight people tend to lose by following the 12 day work out videos and diet?

Do I repeat for another 10 minutes, or do I do the whole workout for 10 minutes and rest 2 minutes in between in circuit?
