Lose Weight and Burn Fat With Negative Calorie Foods Part 1

I'm not sure if I would call this a secret, but it sure seems like not many people are talking about it. If you've been following the Fat X diet, you've already been using this.

 You also know the benefits of it. If you're not on the Fat X diet, you should definitely at least start using this if you really want to get the most out of your fat burning and weight loss efforts. 

 So what is it that I'm talking about? Negative calorie foods. 

Through digestion and processing, your body actually burns more calories then the total calories these foods contain. I'm still working on putting together the list, but I will have it up by Friday. Until then, check out the Fat X diet video. You'll get a good idea of that these foods are.
