Isotonix Product Review

A few weeks ago I received a message on myspace about a product called Isotonix. It’s supposed to be a powerful antioxidant that helps maintain healthy cholesterol and blood glucose levels, amongst other claims. I immediately thought “bullshit”, so I replied with a challenge to send me a sample and in return I would review it here. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting the rep to take up my challenge, but she did. I received the package in the mail and now it’s my turn to hold up my end of the bargain. I will use the 30 day supply and report on it’s effects or lack of after I use the 30 supply.

But, while each is a good ingredient on its own, together they make for a disaster. Fat Burning Workout Program Day 3

This is one of my favorite fat burning workouts. It includes some of my favorite exercises. Don't let the pull ups intimidate you. You can use a pull down machine, or those rubber tubing exercise bands instead.   Included in this fat burning workout is one of the best, if not the best total abs exercise. It really works the abs hard and my clients usually have a love hate relationship with it. I call it the spin crunch, you'll see it towards the end of the free fat burning workout video..
