Post Workout Nutrition On The Go

The last week or so I’ve been really busy so I’ve needed something quick and easy after my work out. I started using a vanilla protein powder mixed in Gatorade.

I’ve been using the new G2 Gatorade that has less sugar to obviously keep the calories low. I’m happy to report that it’s been working out well and the taste is actually really good.

The way I make it is I drink a bit of the Gatorade and then pour in some vanilla protein powder. I shake it up and it’s good to go, fast and easy. If you’re short on time and want to make sure you’re getting in your post work out nutrition in, I would definitely recommend it.
