Fat Burning, Weight Loss, Diet and Fitness Question of the Week

Every week I answer a question or questions that are sent in to me regarding fat burning, weight loss, diet, fitness and  or the Fat X program. This weeks questions were posted as comments .

Where do you get the big bag of frozen vegetables?

When buying the things required for my diet I usually try to buy in bulk for two reasons.  One,  to save time and money. The other reason is because of the fact the Fat X diet requires a high vegetable content. I normally go to either Costco, Smart and Final or any other type of warehouse store.  When on sale I might pick up a bag or two at a local grocery store.

Which meal of the day should be the heaviest?

By heaviest, I'm assuming you mean high in calories and or difficult to digest.  I recommend having these meals early in the day so that your body has an opportunity to burn off the calories in a positive way.  Once your body stores calories as fat, it takes more work to break down that fat and use it for energy.
