Here are four quick tips to help you with Fat Burning Workout 1/ Day 1 of the 12 Day Fat X Program. They're simple, but effective!
- Make sure to keep your arm straight during the turkish get ups.
- Keep your hips back and push through the floor when doing the deadlift.
- Make sure to keep your back straight and maintain good posture during the deadlift.
- Use a full range of motion on the dumbbell presses (feel the stretch in the chest muscles at the bottom portion of the exercise).
