Hello Coach,
I came to your blog because I saw the video on youtube about making a high protein low calorie smoothie. I was wondering if you had a good recipe that I could use with a chocolate protein powder. I already have it but I usually just make it with water or milk and it doesn't taste all that great. I have to really force it down. Thanks in advance,

Chocolate protein powders are probably my least favorite. There's really only one recipe that I like. I use a scoop of chocolate protein powder, half a frozen banana, a spoon full of peanut butter and some non-fat milk. This can actually be changed into a weight gainer by adding some chocolate ice cream(for those of you that are actually trying to gain weight).
