I've lost almost two inches of my waist following your workout program. I look a lot more toned than I did before but I want to step it up because I'm going on a cruise in early August. Is there a supplement I can be taking to tone up even more and faster?
When it comes to fat burning supplements, I hold back on recommending them because most people try to use them as a replacement to a good workout and diet program and not as a supplement. I've been asked this question in various forms many times, so I've decided to work on a do's and don'ts article when it comes to fat burning supplements. I will finish that up and post it A.S.A.P.
