I recently found your website and I'm really excited about trying the program. I've watched all the videos and have downloaded the workout guide. I know at the end of the workout videos you say to stretch but do you have a guide for stretching? Also do you think I can lose 20 lbs December. It's my b-day and that's my goal.

Keep track of your results in the Fat X Workout guide and use it to challenge yourself.
