Fat Burning, Weight Loss, Diet and Fitness Q&A of the Week-Leg Fat

Every week I answer a question or questions that are sent in to me regarding fat burning, weight loss, diet, fitness and or the Fat X program. Today's question was a e-mailed in and was in regards to leg fat.

Hi Coach,
I really want to burn the fat off my legs. How do I do that?

It doesn't matter whether fat is located in your legs, stomach, arms or any other area of the body, it is the same substance. The only difference is that different people will store fat more prominently in certain areas of the body. Once you start the process of losing fat, you will notice it coming off wherever your body tends to store it the most.
