A little late, but my brother a.k.a Subject Fight Ready has turned in his diet/meal photo journal for day 8 of the Fat X Program and his Fat X Project. Today's workout was day 9 of the Fat X Program, active rest, and he did an MMA workout.
Suggestions:
Chickens are gonna be real mad at him. His main source of protein has been chicken breasts. I would change that up, but he's comfortable with it and it's works well for him.
