Subjec Fight Ready's Fat Loss Diet Day 5
My brother, a.k.a Subject Fight Ready completed Fat X workout 6 today and turned in his photo diet journal for day 5. It was another good day and I definitely confident that this Fat X Project will be a success, fat loss will be noticeable and he will get down close to his fighting weight so he can accomplish his goal of getting in another MMA fight.
