Getting and staying motivated in your fitness, fat burning and weight loss journey is probably the most difficult thing to do. The lack of, or loss of motivation is the reason most people give up on their fitness, fat burning and weight loss goals. This is where a coach or someone to look to for motivation comes into play and is of the utmost importance for success.
Unfortunately, most people can't afford a fitness coach/trainer. Luckily, you have the Fat X Program (FX 12) available, and in this post, I'll get into the three D's of success. Hopefully it will help with your motivation and help you get on, and stay on track with your fitness, fat burning and weight loss goals.
How important to you is it that you get fit, burn fat and or lose weight? Is it a high priority or just something you hope to achieve? If you want to be successful in getting fit, burning fat and or losing weight, then the answer to the first question has to be that it is very important!
The answer to the second question has to be that is a high priority in your life. If that's not the case, then make it the case and develop that burning wanting feeling!
Then you will have the first D in 3 D's of motivation and success which stands for DETERMINATION. Let's move on to the second D.
Do you have a plan and are you willing to stick to it? If you don't have a plan then it's going to be hard for you to reach your fitness, fat burning and or weigh loss goals. Get the Fat X Program if you need a plan. Once you have a plan, you have to make sure to stick to it.
The second D of motivation is DISCIPLINE. If you have a plan and you're willing to stick to that plan, then you have the discipline you will need to achieve your fitness, fat burning and or weight loss goals. My buddies and I have a saying "stick to the plan champ!"
The biggest thing that can derail your fitness, fat burning and or weight loss goals are excuses. My old baseball coach introduced me to the saying "excuses are like assholes, everybody has one".
The difference between successful people and those that are not successful is that successful people don't let excuses stop them from achieving their goals.
Successful people have or develop DETERMINATION, the 3rd D in the 3 D's of motivation and success. Successful people are determined to accomplish their goals and don't let excuses or obstacles stand in their way.
Learn, respect and practice the 3 D's and you will get motivated, stay motivated and be on course to succeed not only in your fitness, fat burning and or weight loss journey, but in any other venture you choose.

Have a plan and stick to it "stick to the plan champ!"
Don't allow excuses or obstacles to stop you
