Beginner or Advanced Fitness Program?

I'm often asked by people that want to lose weight, burn fat and or get fit, if the Fat X Program (FX 12) is for beginners or for advanced fitness levels.  The answer is both.  The intensity of the program can be brought up or down by increasing/decreasing the weight used in the weight bearing exercises.  If you're advanced you can complete more circuits within the alloted time or by finishing selected workouts in less time.  Beginners would go a lot slower until they're fitness level improves.

I experiment with different types of workouts and exercise set ups, but when I really want to tone up, lose some excess fat weight and show off the six pack, I know I have a go to program in the FX 12.  Due to having a bit too much fun recently, I noticed that belly fat starting to creep up, so last night I decided it was time to get rid of that belly fat and I started back on the FX 12.

As you can see in the video, because my fitness level would be considered advanced, I use more weight than what a beginner would use.  Therefore increasing the intensity and difficulty level of the workout to match my needs.  A beginner would use a lot less weight, but the workout routine would be the same.  You can also see that I used a barbell instead of dumbbells.  That change is made for advanced levels so as to be able to use more weight in that exercise.

Download the FX 12 Guide/Manual, start your Fat X project today and begin losing that unwanted fat weight, tone up and get fit.  As always, feel free to send me any questions.
