My Fat Burning Drink Recipe

There are a lot of fat burning drinks on the market.  Most of these so called fat burning drinks are nothing more than overly hyped ingredients mixed in with some actual proven fat burning (metabolism boosting) ingredients.  All the hype, usually equals an outrageous price on these drinks. While I have tried some of these fat burning drinks, I prefer to make my own.  It's cheaper, and I know exactly what's going to be in it.

I've gone over the benefits of green tea and caffeine before, so I won't go much into that here since I know you probably just want me to get to the recipe.  Most fat burning drinks contain these two ingredients in some form or another. Luckily for you, these ingredients aren't hard to come by.

When I'm doing the Fat X Workout Program or just want to get that extra energy or metabolism boost going, I make my own fat burning drink by mixing green tea with a cup of coffee.

I brew a fresh pot of coffee.  I place one tea bag in a cup.  Then I simply pour about 10-12 oz of coffee over it, cover it, and let it sit for about 2 minutes.  I then pull out the tea bag, add a sugar substitute, creamer, and my fat burning drink is done.

If you prefer your fat burning drink cold, just leave it in the fridge for a few hours.  I enjoy it both ways so what I'll do sometimes, is make my hot version, and then put the extra in the fridge for later or another day.

Give this fat burning drink recipe a try, but remember that if you're sensitive to caffeine, you're probably going to be bouncing off the walls.  So, be careful, and make sure to check with your doctor if you have any questions on fat burning drinks.

By the way, thanks for all the great e-mails and messages you all send me.  It keeps me wanting to do more to help you with your fat burning/fat loss goals.  Don't forget to tell people about Fat X 101 and the Fat X Program.  It's not fancy, just effective.
