As you can see in the video, the space was small, but I used exercises that didn't require much space. If you're a beginner, and you're a bit intimidated by my other workout videos, or the 12 day fat burning Fat X Program, give this worout video a try.
If you can do this workout and accomplish all the exercises, the Fat X Program workouts will be doable. Just remember to take it easy with the exercises and to go at your own pace.
