Gym Workout One on One Fitness Center

I often hear people say that they're going to the gym but aren't getting the fat burning or other fitness results they want. Unfortunately, going to the gym, and working out properly to get good results, are two different things. I've gone to big commercial gyms like 24 Hour Fitness, Bally's and others,  and more often than not, I notice highly motivated people, highly wasting their time.  They are usually walking through improper and ineffective fat burning or general fitness workouts. These people have good intentions, but they're wasting their time at the gym because they really don't know what they're doing.  Worst of all, sometimes, they even decide to follow someone else that doesn't know what they're doing and if becomes a case of the blind leading the blind. 

 As part of my Bonus Fat Burning Workout Series, I went down to One on One Fitness Center is Rosemead, California to work on a video that will hopefully help. I put together a basic Coach Rollie, Fat X 101 type workout that you can do at your gym with basic fitness equipment. Like all of my workouts, this one is put together so that you can make the best of your workout time so as to insure efficient results.  Like most of my workouts, this one is a full body blast.
