Abs Workout Routine 2 Minutes Fat X 101

Abs Workout Routine
An abs workout routine video is one of the most requested things I get e-mailed to me.  I've been hesitant to do a fitness video specifically for abs because most people will skip all the primary and necessary steps required to achieve six pack abs, or flat abs and only do the isolation abs exercises and workout. If you skip the primary and necessary steps, which will for one, knock off the layers of fat covering your abs, you will fail in getting optimized results.  With that being said, it's time to reward Fat X 101 readers. I know you've been reading through the website and most of you have downloaded and completed the Fat X Program at least once. You now have a solid foundation and can handle some extra abs work to really chisel out that six pack.

If you're new to Fat X 101 and your primary goal is to "get abs" make sure you read my recent article "Best Way to get Six Pack Abs".

With the intro stuff out of the way, let me say this about abs, you do not need to spend a lot of time exercising them, if you do it the right way.  So, if you need some extra abs work, try this 2 minute abs workout routine video.  My private client, Fat X 101 student, and model, NickiiJean Alex helped me out with the demonstration.  Check out the abs workout routine video:

As you you know, I'm a big believer and advocate of tracking workouts.  Tracking your workout is the best tip I can give beginners to optimize and enhance results long term. There are two ways you can track this abs workout routine so that you get the most out of it.

One way to track this abs workout routine is to perform the exercises at a steady pace, and jot down the time marker where you had to stop for a break.  For example, most of my beginner private fitness clients and or FX Boot Camp participants (FX'ers) stop somewhere around the 1:10 mark the first time they do this workout routine.  Next time, you do this specific routine, you want to go beyond that initial time marker.

The second way to tack this abs workout routine is to count the number of circuits you were able to complete within the two minutes.  If the first time you were able to go through the exercise circuit 5 times, next time you want to do 6 or 7 and so as you continue to do the workout routine.

If you have any questions on this abs workout routine, or any of my other workout routine videos, feel free to post them in the comment section and I'll try to answer them as soon as possible.
