The fitness and weight loss industry has sold it's soul to sell you products.  Instead of the fitness and weight loss industry educating you on weight loss, they continuously perpetuate myths and popularize misleading terms such as "weight loss". The industry does this because it's a lot easier to just go with the flow.  But, I've been on a mission to educate, so as to give you the power to get better results. And not only to get better results, but to get better results faster!

In the following video, I quickly break down the term "weight loss". It is necessary to get a clear understanding of the term, so that you can focus on achieving weight loss in a healthy and efficient manner that will produce real, short term and long term results.
