I started the Fat X 101 podcast in December and was planning on doing a weekly show, unfortunately the holidays slowed things down a bit. Luckily though, it seems that people have enjoyed the simple fat burning, fitness and health tips I've been giving out, so I'll definitely be continuing it. Episodes 2 and 3 are out if you want to check them out. I'll be recording episode 4 soon, and will be answering reader and listener submitted questions. Stay tuned.
