My Favorite Fat Burning Meal

Fat Burning Meal - Salmon Salad
Need some extra help to achieve your summer body?  If so, try one of my favorite fat burning meals.  By the way, by "fat burning", I mean that this meal is going to assist your fat loss and fitness goals, both directly and indirectly.  These meals contain the nutrients necessary to do so.  With that out of the way, let's get into my favorite fat burning meal. 

In the photo is my "go to" favorite meal when I need to jump start the nutrition in my fat burning diet.  It's a salmon salad from a small, "hole in the wall", fast food restaurant in Pasadena, Gerlach's Grill.  It's one of my favorites for three reasons.

One, it's fast.  Gerlach's Grill isn't fancy, but it is fast, and it's delicious.  You can order at the window and in about 10-15 minutes your order is ready!  When I don't feel like cooking and I want a healthy, fat burning meal fast, the salmon salad from Gerlarch's Grill is my favorite choice. 

Two, it's high in nutrients.  Salmon is high in protein, and it's also a good source of EFA's (Essential Fatty Acids).  The salmon salad also comes with other healthy foods that add to the overall nutritional value of the meal. 

Three, it's inexpensive.  The last time I stopped by Gerlach's Grill, the price was $7.36 for the salmon salad.  On Wednesdays, you even get a free drink!  Now, there are some drawbacks to the price. Like I mentioned before, the place is a "hole in the wall".  There's only a couple of plastic tables to sit in outside.  I'd recommend going to a near by park.

If you're not in the Pasadena area, which I assume many of your may not be, do some research, and find a restaurant in your area that has something similar.  I've found the Dave and Busters, as well as other big chain restaurants have a similar option.

I truly believe that by adding a salmon salad type meal to your diet, your overall fat burning plan will be enhanced and it will help you achieve your fat loss and fitness goals faster.  Fueling you body properly, and giving your body the nutrients necessary to function optimally, is of the utmost importance if you want to achieve a better, healthier, and more fit body.  Make sure to invest time, and money into doing that.
