Advanced Fat Burning Tips for the Zombie Hunter Workout

One of the most popular workouts in the Free Fat Burning Workout section has been the Zombie Hunter Workout.  It’s an easy template that follows the principles of my Coach Rollie Method (Fat X 101). When done with the right effort, the fat burning results are powerful.  Better yet, the workout does'nt require expensive fitness equipment and or much space.  Once you master the basic method of the Zombie Hunter Workout, there are a few tips you can implement to make the workout even more metabolically taxing for improved fat burning.

Tip #1

Push-Ups are a basic exercise and work great in this fat burning workout template.  But, if you’re ready for an advanced option, replace the basic push up with the Panther Push-Up (a.k.a Spider Man Push Up).  

For the Panther Push-Up, you basically want to raise and connect your knee to your wrist or forearm as you go down and then replace it on the way back up.

By the way, this tip can also work in reverse. If you’re a beginner, feel free to replace the standard push up with a more basic variations.  

Tip #2

If you’re ready to invest in some fitness equipment, I would suggest getting yourself a weight vest.  Not only can you strap one on for the Zombie Hunter Workout, but, it’s also great to add intensity to Pull-Ups, Dips, and other traditional body weight exercises.  In the video I used chains for resistance, but they can be a pain to get into position.  The vest has worked a lot better.
