Losing body fat is a tough task. To get the job done, you need tough tools! The Pull-up exercise and it's variations is one of those tough tools! It's a staple in my fitness programs. Unfortunately, many beginners avoid this exercise. In this video, I'll show you a simple piece of equipment and a secret tip that will help you get started with Pull-ups so that you can crank up your fitness and increase your fat loss.
Before you run out and buy a trampoline, I would suggest getting one that is sturdy, well designed and has a warranty.
The one in the video is made by Leaps and Rebounds. I didn't know what to expect when I got it, and to be honest, I was overwhelmed when I opened the package. There were a lot of pieces!
Once I laid everything out, I realized putting it together wasn't going to be rocket science. Most of the pieces are bungee cords, tough, strong and durable bungee cords that support the trampoline. Once you put one on, you can feel how sturdy the trampoline will be once it's all put together.
