Maximize Fat Burning With this Easy Workout Method

If you're a busy person as I am, you want to maximize your time.  Time is our most valuable commodity. You can't make more of it so it's a good idea to maximize it. When it comes to fitness and exercise, there are a few ways to maximize your time.  In these short videos, I'll show you a proven method that I use in many of my personal workouts, with private clients and in my VIP FX Boot Camp class. You'll also see it in some of the workouts in my Free Fat Burning Workout section.  It works great, and, you'll basically be able to get more work done in the time you've allotted for exercise. 


The "superset" pairs two exercises together. The basic method utilizes antagonist muscle groups. Here's a sample:




Supersets don't always have to use antagonist muscle groups.  Here's another way to set them up: 



A third way to use supersets is to pair two multi-joint or compound movements that would typically be used for metabolic conditioning or power work. Here's a sample:
