I experimented a bit with the production on this workout video. I'm a meat and potatoes kind of person so I try to eliminate fluff and get you just want you need. With that being said, sometimes I might leave details out. Or you just might want some clarification on certain aspects of my workout set ups so feel free to contact me.
For this video, I wanted to test the new iPhone to see if it would be a solid option for producing these workout demos. It was shot solely on the iPhone with the exception of the intro. Let me know what you think. I decided to do a few other new things. One, with the exception of the intro, I stayed behind the camera and let Diana (IG: FitWithDiana2) do the exercise demo. Two, Instead of going through every single rep in the first round, for time saving purposes, I instructed Diana to just do a few reps of every exercise in the circuit. The idea was to showcase all the exercises in the first round while keeping the video Instagram friendly, (1 minute).

So the first round is the "Burn" round! It's a 15 minute EDT round.

Round 2 is the "Shine" round. It's a quick 3 minute superset EDT round.

Hip Raise x 3
