Effective MMA Workout Finisher - Fat Burner
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is one of the most grueling sports in the world. Athletes aren't training to be lean, they're training to be high power movement machines!
Training your body to be a high power machine is actually a little secret to getting lean! I've preached it before here at Fat X 101 and on social media, but to recap quickly...."if you want to look like an athlete, you must train like an athlete".
Anyway, here's one of my favorite workout finishers. I also use it before any type of MMA or submission wrestling training sessions. It's great as a workout finishing fat burner!
