Back pain is a common reason for a person's health and fitness journey to be derailed. As a matter of fact, it's actually pretty common even if you're not on a health and fitness journey.
I've met that little devil back pain on several occasions. One of my hobbies is submission wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. That can murder your back! Luckily I do have some tools and methods at my disposal to alleviate back pain and strains.
