One of the excuses I hear a lot for not eating a healthy meal is " I eat out a lot". One way to combat this issue is to start making a list of places that have healthy or at least healthier choices. Last week, while I was on the road I decided to take my camera in to one of my favorite fast food joints. This is the meal I chose.
Healthy doesn't mean boring. As you can see in the picture, it's a pretty tasty looking meal. By the way the drink was a diet coke. At the bottom of the tostada they add pinto means. If you wan't to reduce the calories in a meal like this just skip them.
