Fat Burning Workout Program Day 4, Taking it Outdoors

After three tough Fat X fat burning workouts, your body and your mind need to take a bit of a break. This fat burning workout gives your muscles and your central nervous system a break from lifting heavy and moving on to more of a volume base cardiovascular workout. This is similar to a bootcamp type workout and I include it in the FX Bootcamp I run. By only needing two dumbbells, this workout can be taken outside to change the scenery a bit and also giving you a break from having to be inside of a gym or weight room. Don't take it lightly though, it is still designed to burn fat, and if you've done the FX bootcamp, you know how effective it is. Here's the free fat burning workout video:

Fourth day went awesome. I actually did workout 5 today due to rain outside, and low ceilings inside. This workout system coupled with my new healthy diet has given me so much more energy, I feel awesome. Started drinking EAS Myoplex after workouts and that stuff is expensive but goooood.

Thanks for leavig the youtube link for me :D finally got to do it but i did miss a day does that matter? day 4 was A KILLER!! felt abit lightheaded at times haha but carried on as no pain no pain!! thanks anyway just hope day 5 works for me tomorow :) thanks

Congrats on making it this far. Make sure you're also concentrating on nutrition (ie. getting your veggies in and enough protein)

just completed day four, killed me and due to already low body fat % now have clear six pack forming. !!

I'm having a lot of trouble with the day 4 workout. The first time around the 12 days I could only complete 4/12 circuits.
This time around I was only able to down 7/12 sets and that took me 22 minutes. Any advice?

Mene, you're not having trouble, you've already improved! Going from only being able to do four to doing 7 is a big jump. Congratulate yourself for that. Next time you might complete the whole thing.

Hey coach rollie, i recently just commented about hydroxycut but i have a far more important question that i really really need you to answer.. Tomarrow I will be on day 4, but I have not been going so great on my diet, i been eating smores, lasana, pizza, etc. Should i start from day 1 again and start a healthier diet. Or is it not to late to just immediatly change my diet now, since im only on day 4. Whats your advice???

Wow, day 4 was hard. I was only able to do 5 sets to start off, then I had a break for a bit and did the other 5 sets separately. Still though, I managed to do the second lot of 5 sets 5 minutes faster than the first set of 5 I did :D. Onto day 5 tomorrow :D

hi. do you think applaying intermitant fasting to the fx12 workout and diet would boost my results or hurt it?

I'm not a big believer in fasting. I feel it hurts your metabolism too much.
