Apocalypse Afterburn Workout Video Part 2

It took me a little longer than I wanted to take to get part two of the Apocalypse Workout video done, but it's finally ready!  In part 1 of the  Apocalypse Workout video article, I mentioned that this workout is not for beginners.  I suggest that you be able to my fat burning,12 Day Fat X Program, before attempting it, or that you are at an advanced fitness level and are familiar with afterburn effect training. 

Part 2 of the Apocalypse Workout video covers the last seven exercises of the ten exercise workout.  The ideas is to complete all ten exercises for ten reps each using 40 lbs dumbbells.  You start with the first exercise and move on to the next one, once you've completed ten reps.  If you're looking for that fat burning, afterburn effect, this workout will definitely get it done!

The last seven exercises of the Apocalypse Workout are:
Push Press
Deadlift
Shuffle
Power Push Up
Thrusts
Power Swing
Lunge (10 reps per leg)
