Summer Beach Body - 12 Day Fat X Project
Over the weekend I completed my latest Fat X Project. For those of you new to Fat X 101, a Fat X Project is when I publicly coach someone through my 12 day Fat X Program . I do this as a review, and a showcase of this powerful fitness plan. For this project, it was time to get Dantonio Cortez ready for the Summer by beginning to chisel out his beach body. The before photos were taken on March 12, and right after we started with Fat X Workout 1 . After photos were taken on March 24, the morning after I put him through Fat X Workout 12 . As with all my fitness coaching (a.k.a. personal training) clients, my number one goal is to get them healthier and more fit. Responsible personal trainers and coaches know that this is the key to both short term and long therm results.
