Eagle Rock - Fat Burning Workout

The Eagle Rock Workout is the latest addition to the Fat X 101- Free Fat Burning Bonus Workout Series.  If you’ve already done the Fat X Program, you’ll be familiar with my system of tracking workouts.  Check out the video and give it a try!

The Eagle Rock Workout is a bodyweight exercise circuit workout.  Just like most of my workouts, it’s designed to get you fit, while helping you lose body fat quickly and efficiently by taking advantage of EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption) a.k.a the afterburn effect.  These short intense workouts have been proven to be a lot more effective than longer, low intensity workouts.

There’s no need for a gym, most parks will have the area and exercise equipment necessary.  Try it as a Crossfit WOD, or for Tough Mudder, Spartan Race or any other type of mud run training.

This workout is also perfect of MMA fighters as it’s set up within most MMA competion’s round rules.

You’ll be doing the circuit for 5 minutes.  Completing the circuit AMTAP (as many times as possible ) within those five minutes.

Complete 3 rounds with 1-2 minutes rest between rounds.

3 - 5 Minute Rounds

This workout video was shot at Eagle Rock Park in Eagle Rock, California.  It’s a beautiful park and recreation area near my home in Pasadena.
